ONLINE ENGLISH TEACHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

✅ Preparing and delivering lessons to improve students’ skills.

✅ Developing educational content such as notes, quizzes or curriculum as well

✅ Assigning activities to facilitate students’ consolidation of learning material.

✅ Tailoring your teaching style in accordance with students’ needs.

✅ Managing interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning.

✅ Recording,Tracking, Reporting and Evaluating on students’ progress.

✅ Remaining up-to-date with our learning software or our File

✅ Ensuring that your equipment is in good working condition at all times.

ONLINE ENGLISH TEACHER REQUIREMENTS:

✅ Bachelor’s degree

✅ Prior experience as an English teacher, preferably within a similar environment.

✅ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Own laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam.

✅ Fast and stable internet connection.

✅ Excellent computer skills.

✅ Organized and attentive to students’ needs.

  • Class schedule: 10am-11pm Beijing time from Mon. to Sun.
  • Class size: 1-on-1
  • Class duration: 25mins
  • Student age group: Adults and kids

  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate requirement: Requirement. If you have not, we also will provide free TESOL training with you.
