Job Summary
• Teach English to young Chinese learners online in a fun and engaging way
• Evaluate the learner’s performance and provide corrective feedback
• Study the provided teaching material and always start lessons prepared and on time
• Conduct 25-minute one-on-one online lessons with students
• Create a lesson memo with the necessary feedback about the topics discussed

Salary:

1. Hourly rate / class rate (negotiable)

2. Class Completion: 10% – 20% Bonus

3. Enrolment Bonus: trial class (high bonus)

4. Perfect Attendance Bonus

Basic Qualification:

1. A four-year Bachelor’s degree

2. Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent

3. Capable of teaching kids / K12

4. Available teaching hours in 6PM-10PM Mon-Fri or 10AM-10PM Sat-Sun (UTC/GMT +8)

5. English teaching certifications such as TESOL are preferred

6. A quiet, clutter-free, and well-lit space in your home

*Teaching experience is a plus, but it’s not required.

Device Requirements:

Must have Desktop/Laptop with at least 4GB of Ram

CPU: Intel Core i3 6th gen and above / i5 to i7 4th gen and up / AMD A Series A8 5500 and above – minimum of 2500 benchmark

DSL/Fiber connection of at least 5 mbps (LTE, USB sticks & wireless connections are NOT allowed)

Speedtest: minimum of 2mbps download and 2mpbs upload speed
