Requirements to become an Acadsoc Tutor：
• A fluent speaker in English both written and spoken with at least a Standard accent.
• College degree or above
• Have life qualifying work experience that could be related to and help to improve a student’s Oral Communication skills.
•Certificates like TESOL, TEFL, CELTA are a plus. We also provide the free TESOL training with you if you have not.

Devices:
• Have access to high-speed Internet service (Speed not less than 10MB Download).
• Have a computer in a location that would be suitable to conduct online learning, which is not noisy, have a background
