The computations on the video were just sample computations. Your basic salary will depend on the number of hours and days you work and the number of bookings you get within a month.
Salary Increase
To be eligible for salary increase, you must reach the required teaching points or growth value (will be explained by your TM). Points are earned through completed classes, good student ratings, and good conduct.
Bonuses
Earning bonuses in Acadsoc can be acquired through various ways: Class Completion, Booked Hours, Perfect Attendance, and a whole lot more. If you want to increase your chances of earning the bonus, make sure that you book and complete at least 4 hours of classes daily and must have no warning letters for the month.
Trial Tutor
Trial tutors can earn more than regular tutors. To qualify as a trial tutor, you must have high performance data which will be reviewed by your TM. You also have to keep in mind that since your slots are reserved for trial classes but cannot get any bookings, you can still open your regular classes by requesting from your TM to do so.
Deductions
While there are bonuses, there are also penalties that will deduct your service fee. These deductions are caused by absences, lates, bad behavior, and other factors which can be found in your guidebook.
