I want to share my experiences upon entering Acadsoc ltd. I was a fresh graduate when I got hired, and I don’t really have an online teaching experience. I only started with 4 hours per night, yet I got to earn more than 10,000 PHP per month. Aside from my basic pay, I also have earned different bonuses. Here at Acadsoc, I realized that you don’t really need to be intelligent to earn a lot. You just need to be hardworking. On my 4th month, I started earning 30,000 PHP per month, and now on my 6th month, I am already earning 40,000 PHP per month. I never knew I can be as worthy of a blessing like this. A while ago, I only wanted to share my experiences. Today, I wanted to share opportunities. Acadsoc Built a Career for Home-Based Mother

Before I come across with Acadsoc, teaching was not even an option for me to engage with as a career. But given my situation, I quit the job to pursue motherhood firsthand with my two kids, since I have no one to look after them while my husband is also working for us. But as time goes by, the feeling of being unemployed lessens my self-worth as I have been working already for more than three years and I feel like I need to do something to help with all the expenses.
So, browsing Facebook during your free time also helps in a lot of ways, fortunately, I scrolled on the page about Acadsoc and got curious about it and I read everything about it. So I said to myself, maybe I can try to apply since it’s a home-based job. Then I went all the process. Now, I feel so blessed to be part of this company. It has given me self-worth, opportunity to grow, to be part of someone else’s progress in learning English, and at the same time provide a reasonable income for the family while being at home taking care of my kids’ needs. I have been praying for my career’s path and I am so thankful for the opportunity that Acadsoc accepted me and I have learned to love teaching English already. I am really looking forward to continually be part of the company for as long as it takes.

How do I feel since I joined Acadsoc? Actually, I really don’t have any idea about the online teaching world, the virtual class and dealing with people of different ages. I just knew this kind of job from my friend who’s working as an online teacher from another company. Then I saw this ad of Acadsoc from one of my social media account. It looks interesting and I feel that there’s something in that ad that encourages me to apply. So I tried to apply and propitiously I passed. That’s the start of my journey here in Acadsoc.
Acadsoc helps me to become more confident, helps me to face different situations in teaching and handling diverse people from children up to professionals. They also have lots of training that make you improve your teaching skills, and that build me to pursue my career here in Acadsoc. This is my first job as an online teacher and I’m so happy and lucky that Acadsoc is my first online teaching company.
