TESOL or TEFL Home Based Online English Teacher

Job Summary
• Teach English to young Chinese learners online in a fun and engaging way
• Evaluate the learner’s performance and provide corrective feedback
• Study the provided teaching material and always start lessons prepared and on time
• Conduct 25-minute one-on-one online lessons with students
• Create a lesson memo with the necessary feedback about the topics discussed
Job Qualifications
• College degree or above
• English teaching certifications such as LET / TEYL / TESOL / TEFL (required)
Teaching Schedule
• Availability to teach at least 33.5 hours per cutoff (each lesson lasts 25 minutes) during the following peak times:

• 7p.m. – 10p.m. (Mon-Fri)
• 9a.m. – 10p.m. (Sat-Sun)

Salary:
Monthly rate: PHP30000-60000, plus monthly review for base rate increase, teaching incentives, referral bonus and other promotions.
